Can I reclaim bank charges twice?

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone could help me.

Two years ago I received some money back from reclaiming bank charges using the templates on this site. I was offered half of the amount I had claimed but I accepted it anyway. Can I claim again for the existing half and the next 2 years charges on top of that? I am with Lloyds TSB.

Bella, did the form you signed offer a full and final offer/settlement?

I think I've read in the forum that banks are not allowed to offer full and final settlements?

If I'm right, go ahead and submit another claim.

If you're going to apply under the FSA hardship waiver, LTSB are being extremely difficult at the moment.
