Can I claim

Hello,
Just wondering if it would be worth me trying to claim. I am now on a dmp but have had quite a lot of charges for late payments on credit cards and for going over my overdraft limit on my old currant account, mostly caused by the charges they added.

Does any one know if I could claim please?

Some of my accounts have now been passed to dca. Does this make a differance.

If I can claim where do I start, any advice please. Thanks

everyone can reclaim their charges whatever their situation (oh unless you have been bankrupt and the account was a part of it)

if your accounts have been passed to dcas you would claim charges back from the original creditor and tell the dcas the accounts are in dispute.
