missing post

Hiya all
Not sure this is the right place to post this?
I am missing letters and packages, who do I write to please?
Amazon recently posted a PS3 game via Roral Mail, it never arrived, they sent a second one, never arrived, hospital appointment letter, never arrived, Credit card statements are not arriving, this is all within 1 month. What can I do about it?
thanks to all who reply.

Try going into your local sorting office and see if any thing is there, but not delivered, talk to the manager there and see if there has been an issue with the postie on your round.

Are you a houseowner or a tenant? Are any others having the same problems?

This may sound ridiculous and obvious but have you recently moved house? I moved from Wimbledon to Ledbury quite recently, and even though I changed my address with doctor's etc, I know certain bits have gone to my old house.

Not only this, about 7 years ago I made an order from Amazon. I wanted it sent to my work address. It wasn't much, just a handful of DVDs, a mouse for my laptop, and a couple of other bits. About a £50 total order. Anyway, it never arrived, so I called Amazon explaining that it hadn't arrived. They said it had been signed for but couldn't read the name etc. I was asking everyone at work, sending emails around the offices etc. Anyway, Amazon agreed to resend the items, which arrived to my work address a few days later. The following weekend, I went to visit my Mum (I was 18 at the time and hadn't long moved out). When I got there she said "oooh, I just remembered, this package came for you and I meant to tell you about it". Oops! I'd specified the wrong delivery address on my initial order. I called Amazon and they very kindly sent someone to pick it up.

So yes, check the sorting office, but also check that you haven't made a simple error somewhere along the line :)
Not changed address, had same postie for the past 3 years!
