I renewed contract on two phones on the phone they gave me a good deal to keep my custom and they havent honoured it, I am out of the cooling off period and I have requested that the call be listened too but they say that not all are recorded! I am paying more than double for two phones for twelve months not only that I went over my minutes because I was told I would have 150 but they have me down as 50 mins. They have only offerd me 3 months discount I havent accepted ,anything I can do to get it cancelled?
The thing is I had similar problems last year so was determined to go on monthly sim but the slime ball talked me into it with this fab deal that I never got ,I am so mad I could scream!!

and did you read the contract? what did it say?Back by no demand whatsoever.0 -
They offered me 150 mins and 500 texts for twelve months for just under £10.00 a month on two phones(£10.00 each), I called to switch to super sim and they talked me into the contract for the same deal as supersim I though it would be easier !!
I got a standard letter thanking me for renewing with just the detail of a 50 min 150 text price plan it had no monthly costs on it and it was for only one phone, I have previously been told to ignore the details on these letters by the advisor as they told me it is standard and my offer still applies, I stupidly trusted them and am out of the cooling off period, I have been offer three months at half price I have refused and asked them to cancel the whole thing , they want rental for the year on both phones to cancel I sent them this email
as far as I am concerned there is no contract, the contract I agreed to doesnt exist ! the letter you sent me regarding the renewal did not contain full information about the contract terms. I will not be paying an early termination fee on something I did not agree to, if you could send me a copy of the legal contract you have so I can seek legal help I would be very gratefull,
dont know if I am doing the right thing ,surely if they dont have a record of the connversation how can they hold me to a contract?
