I want to ugrade from W98SE to XP using the update version.
Do I need to know the 98SE product key in order to install it?

I upgraded the same as you are proposing and used the upgrade number only.Hope this helps
use this to find your key number https://www.magicaljellybean.comPeel back your baby's eyelid to find no nationality or religious identity mark there. Peer at your baby's eyes for them to reflect back just people-throw away your flags and religious symbols...0 -
