BT Rate Revoked

Hi all. I'm a long time lurker, 1st time poster so I'll make it a long one:D.
I've been following a lot of advice on the site and things have been looking good as far as reducing debts go.
I have a Halifax CC 0% BT for 13 months (about 3 months in).
I stupidly forgot to pay last month and as a result received a letter asking for payment and advising of the late payement fee.
No problem, I accepted this and made the payment straight away.
I called them today to advise that the payment had been made and found out the the 0% had been revoked. This leaves me in a pickle as I'd consolidated all of my debt on to the card.
I spoke with collections initially, then customer services. The CS lady was surprisingly unsympathetic and simply stated the T&C bluntly and told me there would be no budging on the decision. Blimey!!
So the question is. Has anyone sucessfully managed to have their revoked 0% rate reinstated?
Any help much appreciated. Cheers.

Usually reinstatement of the introductory rate is matter of goodwill - try and request again and you might get through to someone more sympathetic. But otherwise you have just got to take it on the chin.0

I stupidly forgot to pay last month...
You have two choices now:
1) Keep ringing until you find someone more willing to help (although bear in mind they don't have to - as per the T&C's).
2) Shift the debt elsewhere...and pay another 3% fee.0 -
Thanks both for the replies. Managed to speak with someone today who arranged for their manager to call me. Manager was very understanding and said they would reinstate the 0% offer.:j
It really does depend on who you speak to though. 1st person was adamant that nothing could be done. It took 3 calls and 5 different people before i got a result. A lesson leaned for sure.
Yorkshireboy:- Your dead right. I should have had a DD set up. I'll be setting this up in a minute.
