Hi

I have recently sent letter's to various Credit Card Provider's asking for a list of charges back in April.
I have had no replies from a few of them even tho i sent them recorded.

Can someone tell me what is the next step.

I appreciate any advice.

Did you send the statutory fee of £10?
Did you send them snail mail or recorded delivery?
Have the cheques/postal orders been cashed?
If everything is a yes and recorded then its complaint to ICO time.
I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009
