Natwest Launches Transaction Search

I've been Money Tipped!
Just looked at my account online and Natwest are now offering the facility to search for up to 7 years of transactions. Wish I'd spotted this on Monday before sending off my £10 to get details of charges so I can reclaim them!

Worth checking out if you bank online with them.

Do they charge for this? Just trying to make themselves look good in light of test case. Got a letter from Co-op Bank last Friday. According to them, if you stay in credit for 366 days, they'll waive bank some bank charges.

Not as far as I know. It appears to be an extension of the original transaction search, just that it goes back much further now than it used to.

There is no charge. It's been possible to do this online since September 2008

Liz you were helpful and you were factual. No charge and goes back further that it used to go which was spot on. You did help :)
I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009

Mind you acc. to the 366 day rule, that means Co-op will only waive some bank charges, every four years? There's only 366 days in a leap year.
