Credit card fraud- help

Got a phone call 10 days ago from the fraud department asking me if I have made 2 transactions which I didn't. One was to a council and the other was o2. None of the transactions were mine so they stopped the card. The trouble is that they allowed one of the transactions to go through for £800 but stopped the other in time which was for £30 :mad:. They have said that they would send out some forms and should have received them within 5 days, well still haven't had them. Gave them another call and they said hold on a few more days and you should receive them. Still no sign of them. Can someone tell me the reclaim process as its all new to me. They've said I will get the money back but will I be liable for the interest on that money till it gets sorted.

You should get it all back,you may have to pay the minumum payment of your card if a bill comes in but this also is refunded in time.I had 3000 stuck on my nationwide card a few years ago,had to pay 3% of it but got it back in time.

As far as timescales go don't worry yet. In the past 12 months I've had fraud on a credit card AND my debit card. It took up to a month to get everything sorted. The forms took at least 2 weeks to come through, probably close to 3 for the credit card.

They tend to have small sections who deal with these claims and you simply go to the back of the queue - at least that's what Barclaycard told me when I reported the fraud.
