ei system 3083

Hey,

I bought an Ei System 3083 almost 3 years ago. I now want to buy a voip phone but it says it's only compatible with usb 1.1 and usb 2.0.

My laptop has usb connections but not sure if they're 1.1 or 2.0 or whatever - bit of a technophobe. Would anybody know?

i built a system in 2001 (i think) and it had either usb 1 or 1.1. the system i built around mid 2003 has usb 2

USB 2.0 was ratified nearly a decade ago, so unless your system pre-dates the new millennium the probability of it being incompatible is vanishingly small.
