Kitchen REALLY bad:D! 1970s I think although cooker looks 50/60s... I won't be able to get mortgage free while studying and I won't be able to move either so I really need to make the most of this place I think:D Kitchen is last big job...

I painted the cupboard doors, put new handles and new light fittings. You can do a lot if the cupboard carcasses are ok.

Nah, carcasses all wrong sizes and lots of glue on show! Good news is that the nice plumber who came round the other day does kitchens so will have a word with him nearer the time - need to wait til college finishes.

DS has decided to do the ironing for me which is good but slooooooow!

So a bit like London Fashion Week?

Have a look at past work. There's not much overlap between the skill set of a joiner and a plumber.

Who cares how long it takes? Or do you have a pantingly desperate deadline to put away desperate pants?

I ran - no cute men :( - went out for a big walk with DS, and came back and made butter chicken (very yummy), now about to walk to my folks to burn off some more of that butter...

Don't forget the shortest day is also the day the world ends :)

It does happen to be the day I personally celebrate new year as well... But that's cause I'm weird like that :)

Nah ... No point... Might as well procrastinate some more :)

I mean if the world was to say NOT end you could always say to the examiner " but we're not meant to be here the world has ended"
