Hi All,
I recently applied for an American Express card online. I have just checked my credit report on Experian and have seen the search American Express did which was expected. However, looking at the details of the search, I noticed the length of time at my present address is incorrect. Now, I am fairly confident I put in the correct time I have been at my present address and was wondering if I can ring them up to ask them if the mistake was indeed from me or on their part. This discrepancy could affect the outcome of my application but as I said, I am fairly confident I put the correct time I have lived in my present address when I filled in the application online. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.
