Guys! They just phoned me now, saying the orders from these boots (who didn't recieve email confirmation) didn't go through because of their system or whatnots. Anywho she was asking me if I wanted to place them again and that I could use the voucher again x.x
But! I must warn you, the ZQ884 apparently is only for min spend of £30. I told her that it would for things min at £5 or even less....But she repeated what she said and that was that.
Being honest, I'av used that ZQ884 code on something at £5.50 last week and I got credited £5 back :S But I only did that once...mehhhh0 -
littlewoods wouldn't let me do it. I tried both codes and used mine and hubbys e-mail addres but it didn't make any difference, they wouldn't let me do it. Got em through Empire though.0

In my experience, those codes weren't issued to me, I found them on this site and others and my orders went through :S So did my parents so iunno. Here you go:
"2.3 Promotional codes are codes that enable customers to obtain benefits such as discounts, free delivery and free gifts. These codes are non-transferable so may only be used by the person to whom they are issued and must only be used in accordance with their terms and conditions of use. If you use a promotional code to claim a promotional benefit, you must first check that it was issued to you and that you are eligible to use it. By using it to claim a promotional benefit you will be confirming that:-
(I) you are entitled to use the code;
(ii) you meet all the conditions that apply to its use;
(iii) you agree to the terms set out below.
If, before accepting your order, we find that you are not entitled to use the code or do not meet all the terms and conditions of its use, we may reject your order or alternatively process it without the promotional benefit being applied. If, after accepting your order, we find that you were not entitled to use the code or did not meet all the terms and conditions of its use, we may reverse the benefit that you obtained. "

Yes the orders always go through - sadly the fact that these websites allow you to physically use the code doesn't really count for much.
In the past Empire/Littlewoods etc.. (they are all the same group) have charged people's cards for the discounts obtained by using these codes if they haven't been issued to them personally quite some time after they have recieved their orders (too late to send back)
As you can imagine this has created chaos on mse (and Martin got involved) but they are quite within their rights to do this as their T&C's state.
It's hit and miss using these voucher codes - in the past I have been charged back personally and there are many others.
Having said that I haven't heard too much about them reversing benefits of late but on the down side commonsense tells me that lots of orders using discount codes where people are not actually paying anything for their order would be more likely to flag up their code abuse radia - I hope not
Not trying to rain on anybody's parade but I would advise anybody that doesn't want to run the risk/can't afford to get charged the full amount to avoid using the codes0 -

I just bought a really nice "silver plated" photo frame for 0.00 with that first code from littlewoods, as I'm not registered with empirestores. Twice previously I have used codes and my items have arrived so I am fairly confident that this will come too.0 -

I still havent received any confirmation emails, and they have taken 2 x £5 from my bank account. Im not sure whats going on now0 -
just had a lady phone me up from empire she says system went down and they lost the order did i want to reorder on the web , just tried on the web and they havent got the size i ordered yesterday0

I just hada phone call saying there was a problem with teh systems,so did I want to order agin now or on the net.
I chose to order them again there and then.She told me the money would be debited from my account,and once they were dispatched my accounted would be credited with the £5.0
