    Is this code transferrable or are we going to get charged as only applicable to OP?

    Thanks

    Bit late so haven't the energy to post a link now but search Littlewoods voucher codes warnings on forums for all the T&C's for these codes
    The codes are not transferable - they are valid only to those they are issued to - they can and sometimes do take the discount back - pot luck really

    In my experience, those codes weren't issued to me, I found them on this site and others and my orders went through :S So did my parents so iunno. Here you go:

    "2.3 Promotional codes are codes that enable customers to obtain benefits such as discounts, free delivery and free gifts. These codes are non-transferable so may only be used by the person to whom they are issued and must only be used in accordance with their terms and conditions of use. If you use a promotional code to claim a promotional benefit, you must first check that it was issued to you and that you are eligible to use it. By using it to claim a promotional benefit you will be confirming that:-

    (I) you are entitled to use the code;
    (ii) you meet all the conditions that apply to its use;
    (iii) you agree to the terms set out below.

    If, before accepting your order, we find that you are not entitled to use the code or do not meet all the terms and conditions of its use, we may reject your order or alternatively process it without the promotional benefit being applied. If, after accepting your order, we find that you were not entitled to use the code or did not meet all the terms and conditions of its use, we may reverse the benefit that you obtained. "

    I had no confirmation email but if they charge me, I'll get the money refunded via my bank's fraud department as I certainly wouldn't have paid for the boots, even at £5.

    The fraud department wouldn't be interested for the amount of £5 particularly when they see the T&Cs of the website. If you decide to purchase from Littlewoods/Empire, you agree to run the risk of paying full price.

    I've had no confirmation from ordering last night, hoping the order is cancelled tbh as i don't want to risk paying for them and i've ordered a while ago the Robot cover and 2 other thin gs from the other stores so don't want to risk those being charged back!

    Actually, my bank would be interested and I would get a refund; I was refunded a smaller amount once before for something.

    But it's not fraud :confused: You agree to take the risk when using the code

    That's great. But when the bank are told by Littlewoods that you defrauded them by trying to use a voucher you weren't entitled to, surely they would tell you to go away?

    I'm staying well away from Littlewoods deals. They have recently started refusing people vouchers and I have a feeling they are coming after people that have used them in the past judging by other consumer sites.
