Drilling UPVC frame?

Many apologies if this has been posted before. Did a search but could not find this exactly.
I want to put a blind up at my UPVC door. Is it ok to drill it? Also can you bang nails into this stuff? Would you use a wood or metal drill bit. Sorry for all the quezzies.

Depending what kind of profile (frame) it is you can drill into it with metal bits.
If you hit metal drill through it and use self tapping screws, if its just plastic use normal screws but make sure not to overtighten them.
Don't bang nails into it!In wood we trust.0
