Are MINT and EGG the only cards that do SBTs?

I was thinking of taking out an £8000 flexible loan to pay off my spouse's CCJ. (We would like to purchase a new house this year). Our finances are in no way connected electronically so I have a high credit rating. However I'm now considering taking out a SBT instead. I recently closed my Egg card as the 0% period ended 2 years ago and the anniversary offer is insufficient for my needs plus I could do with the reduced credit limit to make me more attractive to other lenders. So I know I will not be eligible for another Egg offer for a while. I believe MINT is another option but are these the only two that do SBTs?
The reason people don't move right down inside the carriage is that there's nothing to hold onto when you're in the middle.

And you'll get a much high limit with Virgin than Mint...
Both are now £50 fee per SBT.

A&L? I actually have an A&L card. I didn't know they did SBTs. Unfortunately I have no available credit on that card. Who are Virgin connected with? My cards at the moment are A&L, Lloyds tsb and SainsburysBank.

Another question in relation to this then, please. If I manage to negotiate a 0% deal with Sainsburys (balance of zero at the moment), shift my A&L balance onto that and request an SBT to transfer onto my A&L card are they likely to do a credit check beforehand? The fewer footprints left behind the better for our future mortgage application.

    Crikey! That's a lot.

IIRC, Virgin's card is with MBNA.
