Exchanged!

Just got the call to say contracts had been exchanged -- completion for 10th July :T ... Terrified I am, but also sooooo excited. Need to call LL to give notice now. Sadly rental period starts 7th July, so will have to pay for that month, but on the plus side this will give us some time to start work on OUR house!!

Well done, we are waiting to hear today - the vendors are dragging their feet agreeding to completion date. We will have about 2 months still paying rent, but will live with it to get the our own place!

    Well done!!

Dogbot, that means you can have a nice leisurely move in and even do some decorating before you move too much in if you want to.
