I found a desk that I wanted to buy but it was cheaper from a different online company. Furniture123 advertise a price match service so I emailed to ask if they could match the cheaper price of £166.16
They replied saying they would price match but I would have to order over the telephone. I replied to this email (which contained all the information of my whole enquiry) to ask if I could still use their current promotion of 5% online discount. I received an email stating that if I ordered I could still use this even though it would be a telephone order.
When I called I was told that the price was £166.98... and that I could not use the 5% dicount promotion. I stated that I had two emails stating a price match (in my opinion £166.16) and that I could also have a 5% discount. Their employee told me that the information I had been given was wrong!

A polite letter has been written to the managing director regarding this matter and a suggestion that customer services supply both correct and consistent information to customers via email.MFW: Nov 2008 £156k, Jun 2015 £129k, Jun 2017 £114k.0 -
