Terms & Conditions

· You must be a UK resident to enter the Competition.
· You must be 17 years or over and hold a full clean UK driving licence.
· You must provide a daytime telephone number at the point of entry and be available for us to contact you on that number between the hours of [9am] and [6pm] on each day during the period Monday 4 July 2009 to Friday 10 July 2009 inclusive.
· Entries must be received within the competition period indicated in the competition information. Any entries received before or after this period will not be entered.
· Employees (including family members) of Bauer Publishing group, Peugeot, NDL (or their group Companies) or any prize provider - We're afraid you are excluded from entering and your entry will not be considered.
· In the event of any fault, misunderstanding, mistake or dispute concerning the operation of the Competition, including the correctness or acceptability of any answers given by winners, or the operation of any technical/communications system, our decision shall be final.


3. How do I enter the Competition?
Entry is free of charge on our website at [ ].
4. How does the Competition work?
· The Competition will run from Monday 6 July 2009 to Friday 10 July 2009 inclusive. We will accept entries before the Competition begins from [24 June] and during the Competition until [midnight] on Thursday 9 July 2009 (the "Competition Period").
· We will randomly select individuals (each a "Contestant") from the pool of entrants using a random selector excel programme. Contestants will be selected sequentially as follows:
· The first Contestant will be selected by us on Monday 6 July 2009 and will be asked on air to answer the first in a series of 107 questions. If they provide the correct answer that Contestant will continue to be asked each of the remaining questions in sequential order until they provide an incorrect answer.
· If the Contestant provides an incorrect answer they will not be asked any further questions. They will be removed from the selection pool and will have no further opportunity to participate in the Competition. In these circumstances, we will randomly select another Contestant from the pool who will have the opportunity to answer the question incorrectly answered by the previous Contestant and the remaining questions.
· This process will continue until a Contestant correctly answers question 107. The Contestant who answers question 107 correctly will win the main prize.
· In addition, there will be 15 spot prizes each attached to a specific question in the series as determined by random selection although subject to our ultimate discretion. Each Contestant who correctly answers a question to which a spot prize is attached will win that spot prize.
· There is one main prize of a brand new Peugeot 107 Verve Special edition, 3 doors, including CD player with MP3 socket, alloy wheels, air conditioning, Rev counter and bespoke mats and badging. Peugeot will choose the fuel type and colour of the car (subject to stock availability). Please note the following in relation to the main prize:
i The main prize is supplied by Peugeot Motor Company Plc, Pinley House, 2 Sunbeam Way, Coventry CV3 1ND.
ii The prize does not include insurance, tax, breakdown cover or fuel. This must be paid for and arranged by the winner prior to collection of the car.
iii The prize held will be registered in the winner's name and delivered to the winner's nearest Peugeot dealership by Peugeot within 12 weeks of the winner being announced.
iv Bauer shall not be responsible to you nor does it have any control in any way for delivery of the Peugeot 107 Verve or for the quality and condition of the main prize. All queries or issues with respect to the main prize should be directed to Peugeot Motor Company PLC, Pinley House, 2 Sunbeam Way, Coventry CV31 1ND.

5. Contestant Selection and Prizes
· Contestants are selected at random from all eligible entries received by us within the Competition Period at the time of selection by a closed computer generated system. We will have the final overall decision over Contestant selection and this decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
· As we will continue to accept entries during the Competition up to the stated closing date, the pool from which Contestants are selected will increase as the Competition progresses. You will therefore have a greater chance of selection by us the earlier you submit your entry.
· If you are selected we will contact you on the telephone number provided by you. We reserve the right to select another individual from the pool if we are unable to make contact with you on the telephone number provided. Any alternative Contestant will be selected at random in accordance with the procedure set out above.
· The selection pool will be closed temporarily for new entrants during each selection process.
· If you are the winner of the main prize or any spot prize, you will be notified on air.
· Please allow 28 days for delivery of your spot prize from the date of your on air confirmation. The main prize will be delivered in accordance with the terms stated above.
· We won't be liable if any prize fails to reach you or you cannot take it for reasons beyond our control, or if any prize is damaged during delivery.
· You will have a specified period to claim your prize. If you do not respond within the stated time period, you may forfeit your prize.
· The prize is as specified on air or at the time of entry. No alternative prize will be given & the prize is non-transferable & non-exchangeable. However, we reserve the right to change the prize due to circumstances beyond our control or to offer an alternative of similar value.
· It is your responsibility to pay any & all applicable taxes on prizes.
· We reserve the right to verify your eligibility & to check your identity. If you have been asked for proof of your identity &/ or your eligibility, your failure to provide such proof within a reasonable time could result in your disqualification from the Competition or the withdrawal of any prize.
· All personal details & information you supply must be truthful and accurate. We reserve the right to disqualify you from the Competition &/ or withdraw any prize should you at any stage supply any untruthful, inaccurate or misleading personal details & information.
· A prize will not be awarded to you, if for any reason, to do so would be unlawful.
6. What if my entry is lost or damaged?
· If we do not receive an entry from you for the Competition then we cannot enter you, regardless of whether you sent the entry to us. Also, if we receive an entry from you that is illegible or incomplete or otherwise deficient we may not be able to enter you. We will not accept proof that an entry was sent as proof that we received it.
7. Publicity?
· If you are the winner of the main prize or any spot prize you agree that you will allow us and Peugeot/NDL to use your name and picture in marketing and publicity undertaken by us, which may be in more than one country and which may be in a number of media, for example, print, television, internet. We will pay your reasonable expenses if we need you to make yourself available to be used in marketing and publicity of this sort.
8. How will we use your personal details?
· We will use your personal details to operate the Competition that you are taking part in. Where we or other companies in our corporate group want to use your personal details for other purposes (such as marketing) we will offer you the opportunity to agree or to refuse this. If you tick the box to release your information to Peugeot, we will forward on your information to the Peugeot Motor Company PLC.
· Your personal details will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy from time to time and in accordance with the law as it relates to people’s personal details.
