Better Phone Deal for Light Usage than Pipex

I'm currently on Pipex (was transferred from Toucan) for line rental (£8.80 pm) and a PAYG call deal called 'Talk 2 For All' which I think is about 5p a minute. This line is very low usage, basically for incoming calls, but when I do use it it's always between 9 and 5 weekdays, so free weekend and evening call packages are not of interest. My call charges rarely exceed £3 pm.
I'm shortly out of contract and want to dump Pipex simply because their CS has messed me around so much, one issue with a line fault and one billing issue involved hours of time wasted on the phone.
I'm not expecting a better deal than this but would be happy to move for something similar but without the lousy support. Any suggestions?

Take a look at IDNet, a small company with fantastic service standards.
