Since Feb/march time things went downhill & fast for us with loads of things happening at once
Since then our business account has been overdrawn & at the mo it stands at £1,800. We have been battling to get it back to a balance of £0.00 & seem to get close all by a few hundred on the 3rd week of the month but then our mortgage comes out of £1,300 & then we are back overdrawn again.
Personal account is £700 overdrawn & another is £500 overdrawn. I am having to use a credit card sometimes to pay for bills & to pay for things as i dont have the money to do this. I am missing payments on my next account as i dont have the money this has been happening for months now they get the payment a week or so later.
Last month D/D bounced as we didnt have the money to put into our account & the overdraft limit had been reached of £900
Im owed i think about £1,500 in charges over the 7 years & could really do with this money to clear the overdraft, or make a massive dent in the credit card

I think you might find it easier to start with the next default charges of £12 cos you might be able to substantially reduce your payments.
Are you behind on priority debt arrears(mortgage/rent,. council tax, utilities)?0
