QUESTION have done my template letters do they go to the bank address?

Have done my bank template letters to try & get my charges back

3 with Nationwide and then a credit card for late charges

Do i send the letters off to my bank where i opened the account or the main had office & if it is the head office where do i get the address from?

On my statements the address is for where i opned the bank account

My credit card is virgin i guess i send it to the PO BOX number on my statement?
