A buyer has left me negative feedback saying that i didnt deliver the item. I did post it (by special delivery and I have proof). Can i contact Ebay to get them to remove this feedback since its inaccurate?

i think you have to get the buyer to retract it, have you been in touch with the buyer since he left the neg, and did he contact you before leaving the neg. its so annoying when they dont give you chance to resolve the problem before leaving negative, i had exactly the same happen to me0

Very hit and miss on cases like this, but I would follow it up by adding "RM track & Trace siuggests it was delivered AB12345 6789 GB"
The feedback removal page is here - http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/policies/feedback-withdrawal-removal.html<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0
