You can get flights with RyanAir for under £500 for the four of you and then if you book the Holiday Inn Express using the link posted below you get 2 nights for the price of 1 which works out at 29 euros per night for a family room B&B. Which overall works out at less than £700 for a week in Spain.

The HI Express has 2-4-1 deals (you have to book it in 2 night batches to get the offer) but the rates are per room per night including breakfast and have a double bed and double sofa bed so would be good for families.

Cheapest for multiple nights: TWO FOR ONE (book before 31st August 2009)
This rate does what it says on the tin, e.g. if a hotel is normally £60 a night, you pay £30 per night. If you are staying for a long period, make multiple reservations, let the receptionist know and they can keep you in the same room throughout.
