I'm sure this will have been asked before but i can't find an answer anywhere.
When i'm sending my initial letter to Royal Bank Of Scotland to re-claim my bank charges i need to enclose a cheque for £10. Who do i make this cheque payable to?
"Royal Bank Of Scotland" "Royal Bank Of Scotland Group" ???
I tried phoning them, but as i guessed they refused to tell me, once they found out it was related to bank charges.
