Has anyone heard of this company who do the referrencing for estate agents on properties to let?

im a letting agent an we use homelet..
there are many different types of refrencing they offer.
credit profile plus which only checks your identity , credit score and fraud score..
and rent guarentee types which are more through...
if you have no ccjs have not been made bankrupt and have not commited fraud! then u should be fine..
as a rule with the rent guarentee type you need to be earnjing 2.5 x your monthly share of the rent..
ie if your share of the rent was £300 then you would need to be earning, £9000 per annum.
also to add £250 is quite high ref fee my agency charge £60 admin £60 ref fee and put it this way we still make a profit!!!!!!! :j OFFICIAL DFW NERD NO 159 PROUD TO BE DEALING WITH OUR DEBTS:beer: :j
