animal friends insurance

hi,
basically anyone used them? have 2 kittens & want to insure them & trying to get a good reasonably cheap policy. have followed links thru mse ( petplan m&s etc) & got quotes. saw the animal friends in a google search & thought i'd ask on here. if anyone has any pet insurances they want to share ( like the ones that can sort out claims directly with the vet) please feel free to do so!
thanks
lexi

No pet insurance but in strange cases like these, call an insurance broker to shop for you. I recently had to buy media insurance and it saved my life.
