in Credit cards
Hi all,
Some time ago i had a Cc which i defaulted in it was sold on a few times and 1st credit it had it CCA'ed em and they finally came up with a CCA (application form) which ok it sorta fitted the criteria. they then sold it onto Connaught collections so i CCA'ed em too and they have finally (late) come up with the same CCA that 1st credit came up with.
i have been paying £15.00 a month for the past 5 years maybe a lot more, i just cant be bothered with it anymore, can i just stop can they do anything about it? the debt was originally defaulted i thing in 99 - 2001 the date on the CC application form is Feb 1991.
Can i just offer them £1.00 a month if i have to pay them? the record is no longer on my credit file as 6 years have passed so can they instigate a court summons now after all this time? what can they do if i tell them go 'go away'
I have another debt which did go go to court and i have a CCJ (now no longer on the credit file as over 6 years) do i also still have to pay this? is it still enforcable?
thanks momo

Just pay the bloody thing.
You've agreed to make repayments of £ 15 a month. You've been making them for 5 years so you'll get zip sympathy or advice from me because you "just can't be bothered"."A child of five could understand this. Fetch me a child of five." - Groucho Marx0 -
If you don't pay they could register a CCJ against you0

So you have a debt.
You have acknowledged the debt.
You can't be bothered to pay the debt.
There are so many people needing help and people like you are the ones that make is worse for the genuine hard luck cases.0 -

You don't have to pay anthing. Credit is free especially for people on the Internet.
It's only stupid people that realise it has to be paid back. Get a couple of credit card before the people in the street give them all out.0 -
You could be bothered enough to spend someone elses money in the first place.
You've made a payment within the last six years on a debt that you yourself have acknowledged. If you choose not to pay, you will default again and you may be taken to court and issued with a CCJ which will ruin your credit history for the next six years.
Pay the debt. If you "can't be bothered" making £15 payments per month why not try and pay the debt off in full?0 -
