Trust William-they messed up my order!!

Decided 2 weeks ago to order some products from them after receiving their catalogue and a few samples, only because it was free postage and 20%off my first order.
Rang them and spent 20 min on the phone with a lady, she was having some trouble with her computer , i was patient and my order gone through in the end, I've been told my parcel will be with me in 3 to 5 working days and I'll receive a confirmation email as well.
Checked my emails the following day and there was no email confirmation,but thought it may come soon.
1 week later, haven't received my parcel I rang them and spoken to a lady who asked for my order number which I had and asked my to confirm my details which I did, she said the parcel's been sent by Royal Mail and should arrive soon, but if not to ring them back in 3 working days.
Yesterday rang them back as still no parcel, to find out that they took my address wrong, instead of number 23 they sent the parcel to number 4!!!!!
How can that be possible when the've checked my details last week and they appeared to be the correct ones!!!
Also they took my email address wrong(so no wonder I've never received a conf email) despite me spelling it to her!!!!!
Now they've refunded my card and charged me again and hopefully I'll have my parcel tomorrow, but what a MESS!!!
Not RECCOMENDED-their staff cannot even take an order properly!!!
GRRRRRRR!!!

    For God's sake, this isn't about ease of reading, if you're not happy just don't read it!!!!

    it is when a forum is based purely on the information contained in the text :confused:

    Only one is required to make a point!

    I know it is not the done thing to complain about spelling, puncuation and grammer :D but please, to all you posters, try a bit harder:T and at least run your posting through a spell checker:eek:.
