Does anyone know where I might get a free download for Sassoon CR Infant font for windows pc.

I would think it highly unlikely, because each individual font in the (very large) set costs about $30 from Monotype Imaging or in groups from Linotype about £36.
They might come as part of some other package, but I doubt it...
From a post on another website:
Fonts are the products of people and companies who sell licences to use them in exactly the same way as software. Copying them and passing them on is not legal, as it is a breach of copyright.
The Sassoon fonts are developed by Adrian Williams to designs by Dr. Rosemary Sassoon.0
