GATSOgate: Lying Dutchman exposed

Regular readers may remember this case from last year: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2199139/Speeding-appeal-leaves-motorist-with-15000-court-bill.html, when ACPO's so-called "dream team" prosecutors called in a representative from GATSO b.v. in the Netherlands to give expert evidence.
New evidence has now come to light, proving that the GATSO man lied in court, and that the prosecutors knew this. A Judicial Review of the whole case is to take place this Friday (July 3) at the Royal Court of Justice, with a possible recommendation that the GATSO man be extradited to the UK to face charges.
The full Press Release is available at www.gatsogate.co.uk, or if you want to read the whole story, there's a 62-page thread at http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showtopic=30796
All of this clearly shows two things: The adage "don't speed and you won't get a ticket" is rubbish; and the "system" will go to any lengths to try and protect their stealth tax revenue.

I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.
