    Received a refund from Easyjet for flight they cancelled. So £165.10 has been sent NR's way!

    Well done, keep it up like this and you will breeze it! Small steps! I dont even know if il have the guts to take on a mortgage that size!! Me and the OH will be able to afford it, just the thought of owening someone so much! Well done you though, il be in for a simular challenge...when iv got a mortgage! Lol.

    I'd love to be mortgage free by 40 too, now I've read this thread. Unfortunately at 36, and having just taken one on, that's a big ask! Hmm...maybe by 45. Or 50. The scary thing is that a friend told me she was pregnant recently and my first thought was, gah, it'll be 25 by the time I pay off my mortgage!
