Have you worked out recently when you are likely to pay off the mortgage are you on target to be there before your 40th?

No idea to be honest, but I am likely to put the house on the market this year. So back to square one probably.

I'm going to be ducking out of this as my house is due to sell next month. I decided to sell my house, rather than rent it out, it's over 90 miles away from where I work and live, so decided to sell up, bank the equity and save more for a deposit for a place closer to where I live.

Well my house sale completed on 27th September, so no future updates for a while, but thinking of bying again in 2015, so will be back with updates then!
