    Unsecured Loan element = £29,472.84
    Current Mortgage payment = £751.70
    Current Loan payment = £176.94
    Remaining term = 32 years 3 months

    Total Outstanding = £150,122.57

    And just paid off another £150 :)

    Broken the £150k barrier! And I'm 30 tomorrow!

    And just paid off another £100 :)

    Happy Birthday and good luck with your overpayments. I took out my first mortgage when I was 24 and I shall clear it this December 9 years early. Such a great feeling and well before I am 40.

    Stick with it and get all the support you need from these boards.
