1997 Lloyds TSB

Hi folks

Today, I been going through all old paperwork and cannot believe that we came across the old lloyds tsb loan, this was taken out in April 1997.

It was the Credit Agreement, its not signed but have the bank address details, our name/customer and automated printed crossed on the PPI.
Date not on front of agreement but amongst the paperwork, which is attached to it.

Found another as well, but could not find the whole lot of this one, the date not on the front of it, but know its one from the 1990's, possibly one taken out to pay out the one above.

It confirms on the agreement they are members of the banking ombudsman scheme.
Now like the reasons we had with the credit card ppi, this would be the case for these as well.
But do you think its worth going for these, due to the age of them?

Just need to make sure that no time is wasted, although I would suggest to others to give it a shot lol.

Cheers.;)

Thanks Max, wow 1991......, that is some time ago lol.;)

On the old credit agreements I noticed that they were not signed, but all the other details are there, such as loan amount, ppi, they printed out our name and address on the agreement.
And there are ppi boxes for ppi with their crosses in it.

    Worth a shot. Cheers.:beer:XX
