Track on Itunes isn't in the right order.

Options
Hi all.Im getting frustrated on Itunes at the moment.Ive downloaded an album but when I put it into Itunes, there is one song out of order. It's the 12th track of a 13 track album, and it actually doesnt even appear in the album on the Ipod itself. It's in the same artist, but as a seperate track.I've checked the 'Get Info' for the whole album and it's all the same.So I can't understand why this one track is deciding to be difficult. If anyone could help that would be great.

Thanks.Josh

  • For future reference you can easily edit track numbers, artist, album names, genre etc etc using this simple freeware

It's even easier to edit them in iTunes.

I'm afraid I wouldn't know, I prefer to keep my PC as free from bloatware as possible

Well, the OPs question was about iTunes in particular :-)

In iTunes, when you have the track selected, press CTRL and I together. From there, you can edit the track number, and a whole pile of other fields.
You're spelling is effecting me so much. Im trying not to be phased by it but your all making me loose my mind on mass!! My head is loosing it's hair. I'm going to take myself off the electoral role like I should of done ages ago and move to the Caribean. I already brought my plane ticket, all be it a refundable 1.

It organises your media, syncs iPods, and it allows you to access the iTunes Store.

    Hardly bloatware.
