I recently sent Nat West Martin's template letter giving them 14 days to refund my bank charges totalling some £1300 just over a week ago. I have today received a letter from a company called Triton Credit Services who it is obvious is an agent for Nat West demanding the overdrawn amount of around £400 (this in actual fact is an accumulation of bank charges) within 7 days or they will start proceedings against me. Any advice please?:eek:

Triton are part of Natwest, they are their in-house debt collectors.
Write back and tell them the debt is in dispute, that any proceedings will be defended vigorously and you will counterclaim for £13000
