Still ok to use Nationwide Flex acc for holiday?

Had a flex account for a couple of years now with a debit card, and have always preloaded the account with money which gradually take out using the debit card via cashpoints abroad. Read somewhere recently that NW were trying to prevent people 'abusing' the account and only using it for the odd holiday. Was this only for new customer? Will I therefore be ok? Its had about £7 balance in for over a year now - just want to make sure that when I transfer some cash into it in a few weeks time I won't have any nasty surprises....

You are absolutely fine to transfer money into your current a/c and use your debit card. Nationwide is making it more stringent for new customers though.
