Yorkshire Bank Credit Card

I have searched thru stoozing.com cards and it appears to me that Yorkshire Bank CC is one of the few that don't have any BT transfer fees. Has anyone been successful in getting the card? Do you need to have an account with them to have a greater chance of getting the card? And finally are they good with their credit limits? Sorry lots of questions.

Nobody seems to have applied for this card which is one of the few cards on stoozing.com that has fee free Balance transfer. I will try and visit their branch next month as I have just applied for and HSBC card and was successful.I am just waiting for my card to arrive.

Looks like Yorkshire Bank Visa Card will be making charges for bt`s from 1st June. The letter I received states "We have introduced a Balance Transfer fee which we may charge when you transfer your balances from other lenders to us. The fee will be 2% of the amount of the bt with a minimum charge of £2 and a maximum of £30". However as it says "may" we may be able to negotiate a better deal. Also they are increasing standard rate cash advances from 10.37% to 11.64%. They also reserve the right to restrict the amount of cash advances from your account.
