Time Capsule & BT Home Hub

I got one of the jigsaw24 Time Capsules and was wondering if anyone can tell me if this is an ok way to run things.
We have a homehub which I need to keep going for the hub phones which we use all the time. I've plugged the TC in by ethernet and set it up and it seems to be running ok. It's got it's own wi-fi network which I'm keeping exclusive so that it goes as fast as possible (802.11n if poss - Showing 130Mbit/s).
Is it ok to have TC running an -n network in the house for things which are capable and leaving the HH active for anything which is only -g (iphone, PCs, PSP and PS3)

Slight update. I got the TC working on 5GHz (n only) and the HH is going as normal. The only problem is that with the transfer rate showing in airport as 130-160 Mbps, it's taken around 5 hours to backup 30GB so far, still got the same to go but it's getting a tad late.
I updated the firmware before I started and I've been reading about slow rates when doing n-only networks. Anyone got any experience of this?
