Barclays premiership card

Back in 2003-ish I opened a Barclays Premiership credit card account with 0% interest for the life of the loan. I had to use the card for £1 per month and set up a payment through MoneySavingExpert.com with some of the money going to charity.

Unfortunately this payment has been cancelled by PayPal because the card security number changed when the card was renewed and I did not change the details on their website.

I have contacted Barclays and PayPal and they both tell me I have to renew through MoneySavingExpert.com to reinstate the payment. I cannot find out how to do this. If I do not get it sorted out quickly I will have to pay interest on the balance. Please can anyone help and advise me of the method.
