Sainsburys in Saltcoats @7.45am. Approx 40 people in front and 60 behind and as soon as the doors opened it was a complete rabble. I knelt to get a box from bottom of stand and was actually knocked to the floor by the wall of people at my back. Xbox 360 format gone in seconds.
Left immediately and drove like a maniac to Morrisons in Stevenston where there were no queues, there had been a few people waiting at 8am, and I strolled in and picked one up, no fuss no crowds, for £25.99 and I'd just got my £5 Morrisons Miles voucher a few days ago too, so result all round.0 -
Went to Sainsbury's Longwater Norwich at 8am on the way to work. Got in the queue and after 10 minutes it wasn't moving, so I left empty handed. The rate things were not progressing, I would have been there an hour and extremely late for work. Stuff that.
I got there about 7.40am and they opened on the dot 8am. Rubbish as they didnt organise any of the people into lines or who was there first just a mad rush for it. I managed to get my brother xbox version and bf managed to get himself a ps3 version. I also drove him into the city for work and was there by 8.35!
Very Happy.0 -

I agree, very badly organised! I started queuing not realising you had to pick up an empty case from a box which was obscured by the queue. Hopeless! Going to try Morrisons tonight.0 -
I must have been lucky as when i got to my local sainburys there was 1 woman ahead who brought the game ,other than that it was quiet. Was said they have nearly run out though.0

Went down to Norwich Longwater about 15 mins ago, now back. Display was empty when I arrived except for a few Wii versions. But I asked behind the desk and they had all versions there. People are clearing the display so quickly - so if you don't see any, ask behind the clothing desk!
Got my PS3 version :j

That's why I give Sainsburys a miss, too much press and hype yesterday. While Morrisons done me the big favour of keeping their price secret. I new they would be competitive.
All those folk who pre ordered without a price match guarantee must feel ill.0 -
