Got to Makro at 6:50 this morning. There was already around 20 people in the queue! They opened at 7 am prompt and we were told to collect a ticket from the electrical desk. Also if anyone tried to buy two games, the second one would be charged at £49.99:eek: I got ticket number 9 for the PS3 and think there was around 40 people wanting the game. Everyone got one
I was considering going to Sainsbury but just couldn't face a very long queue there!

Can anybody confirm the Morrisons 17.99 rumour?

I start work at 7.30 and all the Sainsburys near me don't open until 8

I get half an hour for my lunch and have a Sainsburys in one direction and Morrisons in the other. So I can only get to one. I have to choose one, and take my chances, and hope and pray that they still have copies left!!

I just got mine online at sainsbury's for £26 delivered. It is a Christmas gift so I didn't need it urgently.

I sent OH to Sainsburys, Hazel Grove (Nr Stockport). He was queuing from 7.45, store opened at 8am. He was about 40th in the queue, just phoned to say he has a copy, the queue is now around the store, but CS said they have loads of boxes of the game.

It took a bit of time (constantly refreshing the page) to get the PS3 version into my basket and then get through to the checkout page but I now have a copy ordered. Its arriving via next day delivery too at no extra cost! :j:j

Glad I didn't have to queue outside in the cold, apparently my local sainsburys was heaving.

Just got back from sains with my copy for £26, must have been 100 to 150 people in the queue by the time the store opened. I got there at 0745

Thanks Mum-2-4 - I work in Bredbury, so was thinking of going to the big Sainsburys in Stockport, but that'll be even busier than the one in Hazel Grove I'd imagine!!

Just got mine from Morrisons, £25.99 for both Xbox and PS3. The must be limiting what you can buy because when I asked for one for each platform the manager looked over and give his OK.
