Hi there,
So my phone's just had a good soaking in my jacket because my mum didn't realise it was in there.
I've dried it off thoroughly but have not turned it on yet as I have been told this can make it short circuit. I'd really rather not have to get a new phone as this is the second one in 6 months - the first one was a dropped-in-bath accident.
Any advice for me please?

Hahah, this is a different one. The old one couldn't be fixed. My phones do seem to be attracted to water.Undergrad law student. Take my advice with a pinch of salt! :rotfl:0

I'd just like to say thanks to you all for helping me with this. My phone's now working [in the sense that i can call people], but half the buttons refuse to work and I can't text people...Undergrad law student. Take my advice with a pinch of salt! :rotfl:0
