How many homes in a lifetime?

Hi all,
As a future FTB, I'm interested to know:
a) how many homes have you owner-occupied in your lifetime?
b) how long did you stay in each?
c) why did you move?
d) At what age was your first home?
For other future FTBs what do you think your first home will be and how old will you be?
It should be interesting to see how recent market movements have changed everyone's purchases or expectations.
In my family, who are all in Aus:
Parents - first home about 30
1) 4 bed house (9 years)
2) 5 bed house (14 years) - job in new area + larger family
3) 3 bed apartment (12 years, no plans to ever move) - kids moved out/lifestyle
Brother 1 - first home 26
1) 3-bed house (13 years no plans to move)
Brother 2 - first home 34
1) 2-bed terrace (3 years, may need to upsize due to children)
Sister - first home 23
1) 2-bed terrace (5 years)
2) 3-bed house, extended to 4-bed (6 years) - moved due to children
Me (future FTB) - future home age 35?
1) Most likely a 4/5 bedroom house in the burbs of Sydney. After I'm done working overseas/travelling and when prices are reasonable again (hopefully!)
The big difference is between me and my sister. She started a family early, whilst I sat out ridiculous house prices and decided to move overseas for a bit.
If house prices were "normal", I probably would've bought a 1-2 bed unit aged 26.
