Just out of interest, how quickly did they deal with your complaint and did they call you to discuss your complaint at any time?

hi,they were very prompt and efficient,was all done and dusted from the 8wk period from first letter,acknowledged my letter and then gave me outcome.only had to write the first letter.never contacted me otherwise.hope this helps.:T
