how do you report people?

Hi!

I was just wondering how you report sellers who are blatantly a business but are on a privet account.

I can't find a way to do it.

Any help would be great!

You can report the listing quite easily by clicking the 'Report This Item' label at the very bottom of each listing

Just out of interest, why do you feel the need to report them?

Apart from 99p listings, business sellers pay less fees don't they ? 8.75% FVF I think. Whats the problem ?

think your on the wrong board here
ebay community forums are the place for people to b**ch about personal accounts being used as business accounts, they would love to help you

these forums are more for help not stiching someone up
unless they have done something personaly to you or sold you something thats no good i dont see why you want to report them
just my veiw?

I do because I am fed up of "private" sellers (who probably aren't registered for tax) clogging up the pages with their 99p crap that no-one wants to buy, making it harder for buyers to find our items.
(Not having a go at real private sellers of course ) OP, there isn't a proper category so I choose: listing policy breaches> other> business seller fails to display correct details. (something like that anyway- can't remeber the real wording)
