Hsbc credit card claim

I have just received my letter from HSBC following my request for the total charges on my credit card and guess what....yep they have sent me my bank account charges ! I already have this claim on hold , I rang them to ask for the correct list and they are trying to tell me I have to wait another 40 days for them . Is this right or just another delay tactic from them.....
Frustrated in Cardiff !!!!

Did you clearly state your credit card number on the Letter?

  • Hi, yes this was clearly stated with relevant account numbers and as I said I have already filed for bank account charges in 2007 and have all paperwork on these since then.

Send them back a letter and tell them with a copy of the original.
