Argos Card - what can be claimed

I have looked on the forum and notice that this has been asked but dont seem to be any replies.

I have received my list of charges from Argos Card Services today and i really dont understand it.

What can i claim for or do i need to contact Argos for more information, which i hope that i dont have to cause they have already messed me around, firstly saying i never had an account with them, then saying my statements must of got lost in the post and now have finally received them i cant understand them.

Financial Charges
Other Debits
Other Credits
Returns
Diputes
Disputes Released

Please can someone either explain what they mean or which i can claim.

surely someone else has contacted argos for the charges and knows what i am talking about

You are looking for default fees or over limit fees or late payment fees. I don't know the terminology they use but since 2006 it would have been £12

My problem is I don’t no what category these charges are in. They have not sent copies of statements, they have sent me a statement report which just has the categories and the total amount.

Someone else must of claimed from Argos and understand what i mean.

In that case write to them again and state they have not complied with the SAR request since the format must include a guide to the terms used.
