Credit Agreements

Hi all again

Another question regarding credit agreements.

Basically I have two different credit agreements for the same item/services that give me two different amounts repayable.

The first credit agreement's total amount payable seems to be incorrect - the services I am to pay for totalled £4995 minus my deposit of £500 leaving an outstanding balance of £4495, and the agreement then states total amount payable is £4995 so I was under the impression that only £500 interest on the amount owed.

However I received a copy of the credit agreement from the finance company and the total amount payable is £4995 plus approx £1000 in interest.

I have been billed for an amount £500 more than it should be by the Finance company and have asked the 2 companies concerned for an explanation but neither have responded accordingly to my request.

I am currently in dispute with the company I bought the services from and only realised the credit agreement disparities when I was looking through all my paperwork.

Is this credit agreement still enforcable??

Thanks for reading
